This abstract landscape was created after a solitary walk through the woods near my home, on a cold, quiet evening when the world seemed to pause. The air was heavy with stillness, colours muted by fading light, and every sound felt distant—soft, restrained, almost sacred.
Rather than painting what I saw, I painted what I felt: the hush of the trees, the slow breath of nature, the quiet tension between darkness and calm. Layers of cool blues, deep violets, and softened greens dissolve into one another, echoing the way the landscape blurred as dusk settled in. Textured marks suggest fragile plants, fleeting movement, and the quiet resilience of life continuing unseen.
